if things had gone as planned, we would be getting up soon to leave for the airport. But as I think I knew would happen, things did not go as planned. We are not going to Kelowna, I am not taking my first flight or anything. While I completely understand this, and I know it's for the better, due to many circumstances it's hard not to be disappointed. I used to dream all the time that i was in the airport, getting ready to take a trip... and then waking up and being crushed, so I think on some level I was completely prepared for this to happen.
